As a graduate with AVEVA you will take part in a two-year development programme which is designed to introduce you to our industry.  This will provide you with new experiences and challenges which will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful within our global business.

During these two years, you will receive a mixture of formal training and on-the-job learning experiences.  You will be assigned to a number of different teams and departments and will spend time working individually, and as part of the team.  Secondments to customer sites and international postings may form part of your development plan, as will regular performance reviews.

You will be fully supported throughout by a mentor and your manager, who will guide your development from a personal and technical perspective.
